Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. SADOS sells products as an authorized distributor of our vendors. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please confirm your order details before checkout.
Damaged or defective products
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or dead on arrival, we will help you get it replaced. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and guide you through the return.
To qualify, the product must be:
- Reported within 14 days of delivery
- In its original packaging with all included parts
- Free of physical damage caused after delivery
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Manufacturer Warranty
All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims for issues that appear after the RMA window are handled through the manufacturer directly. We will help you start that process.
Your information is secured. We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties.
